IRMO is project manager of the Italo-Croatian Mobility in Europlanning – ICroME project. ICroME aims to provide to mobility participants, that is young employees and unemployed people, knowledge and specific competences in IRMO and working experience in Italy in the field of European project planning and management.
Institute for Development and International Relations IRMO is awarded with the contract for the project Italo-Croatian Mobility in Europlanning – ICrome by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes, the Croatian National Agency responsible for the implementation of the Lifelong Learning Programme. The project is a part of the The Leonardo da Vinci Programme for 2013, aiming to provide to mobility participants, that is young employees and unemployed people, knowledge and specific competences in IRMO and working experience in Italy in the field of European project planning and management.
The ICrome will be funded by the EU and will cover the participants’ cost of travel and living costs in the course of training placement, as well as the cost of preparation activities and the management of the project.
Mobility participants will in that way acquire and exchange specific professional knowledge, skills and competences in a particular European business environment, working on real project’s tasks with the support of skilled mentors, and the project will reinforces participants’ competences and in the same time strengthens the attractiveness of europlanners as a perspective new profession.
